Private villa - 2019  |  Extensively renovated by framing a new program, redesigning the floor plan and adding a modern vibe inspired by industrialism to the house. The new program divides the three story house built into a three zones, one per floor; a calm master suite on the top floor separated from the livelier bottom floor for necessities and children's room, with a social entrance floor in between.

The top floor houses a master bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, home office and lounge with a small balcony. Bellow, on the entrance floor is the kitchen, dining- and living room as well as the entrance access to the terrace and a guest bathroom. On the bottom floor is the necessities such as a laundry room, a large children's/playroom that can be divided into two bedrooms, a cinema room, reading room and bathroom. 

 

The modern meets industrialism design expression was completed by selecting material palette consisting of warm materials covering larger surfaces working in contrast to raw metall details such as staircase railings, door- & cabinet knobs. The flooring which embeds these details is unfinished Herringbone Oak parquet,  Öländsk Limestone and wall-to-wall carpets. By adding custom made, fully integrated furnitures and cabinets we achieve a more homely feeling.

2024 - A new phase including exterior fasade changes and an extension of the house is started.
