A four hectare plot located 23 meters above sea level, with both spectacular views, bare rocks and dens pine forest is being transformed into a private weekend resort. The nature will remain untouched and to be restored after the construction. The property will have a main house with equipped a gym, a spa, poolareas, staff kitchen and large social areas with a transparent indoor outdoor living provided with frameless sliding doors and large eaves. The secondary house will have multiple bedrooms and smaller private areas. In addition is there a few smaller functional buildings.
